Through the implementation of this project, we have completely changed the long-term dependence on import of key components such as high-performance tools and wear parts, improved the technical level of key parts of construction machinery, and continued to maintain the dominant position of Hunan's construction machinery industry. By 2015, it will produce an annual output of 600 tons of high-performance cemented carbide, 1 million sets of precision superhard material cutting and grinding tools/pieces, 1 billion carats of synthetic diamond powder, diamond composite sheets and cubic boron nitride composite sheets.
