Common Faults and Handling A very sensitive sensor device for electrostatic induction perimeter detectors. In order to ensure the correct use of this system and give full play to its function, please be sure to carefully read the product instructions before construction personnel, determine the fault detection cable, ground wire, power cord, check whether the correct installation according to the product description.
Then start the test after 5 minutes of power-up:
Does not work or there is no switching signal output 1) Observe the detector shell check the power indicator (green), the green light does not mean that the power is not connected or no power;
2) Check the tamper switch when the power light is on, and press the tamper switch off when the cover is opened;
3) When the alarm light flashes red, but there is no switching output (disconnect the signal cable from the detector and the host, use a multimeter as the continuity test). At this time, check whether the motherboard plug-in and the eight-core plug are missing.
4) When no-load detection cable is connected, the detector must be connected with at least 3m detection cable, and the detection cable should be set up voluntarily to keep a distance of at least 20cm from the floor or the wall.
5) If the yellow light on the detector is flashing, remove the detection cable and remove the yellow light. This indicates that there is a short circuit between the cable and the shell or ground wire. Check the feeder head, feeder and detection cable. The connector, pay attention to the shielding of the feeder can not be connected to the detection cable. When the probe cable exceeds the nominal value of the detector, the yellow light also flashes.
Continuous alarm 1) The probe line is grounded.
2) The ground wire is not connected properly, and the grounding resistance does not meet the requirements.
3) Two or more detectors share a ground wire, and the ground of each detector is separated and the ground pile spacing is more than 2 meters.
4) Continuous warning under direct sunlight or strong wind and heavy rain. It is recommended to place the detector in a waterproof box.
5) The wire around the detection cable should be grounded and separated from the ground of the detector. Never share it with the wire. The distance between the barbed wire and the electronic fence should be kept above 30cm.
Occasional alarm 1) The sensitivity is too high and the switch can be toggled to reduce the sensitivity. (Raise from 1st to 4th gear), the detector can be switched to work mode.
2) There are branches or movable objects in the detection area. Remove the movable objects within 1 meter of the detection cable.
Sensitivity is too low 1) The detection cable is too close to the wall or away from the iron fence;
2) If the detection cable is too long (ultra-thick) or the over-range detection is used, the sensitivity will be too low or the operation will be unstable. Please use the recommended detection line.
debugging:
1. After all devices are installed and connected, they can be energized and commissioned.
2. Debugging is based on the operator interface on the detector panel. The details are as follows:
3. Power light: After the detector is connected to 220V power, the power indicator (green light) is on; when the AC power is outside the range of 187V-242V, the power light flashes.
4. Cable lamp: The cable light (yellow light) flashes when the external sensing cable of the detector exceeds the specified value or there is a short circuit.
5. Alarm light: When someone approaches, touches, or cuts off the sensing cable, the detector outputs an alarm signal to the control panel and accompanied by an alarm sound. At this time, the alarm light (red light) flashes, and the detector outputs a switch signal to the center. .
6. After the induction detector is powered on, there is a self-detection reset process. During the process, each indicator light of the panel will circulate and light up. After the reset, the detector is accompanied by a buzzing sound. The detector only enters the working state. This process takes about 3 minutes; The panel can be operated 7 . Frequency selection: The detector provides four kinds of frequencies for the user to choose, and press the right side of the frequency indicator to select any one of the frequencies.
Note: When multiple defenses are installed and debugged, adjacent defenses cannot select the same frequency and should avoid the same frequency interference.
8. Sensitivity: The detector provides four kinds of sensitivity for the user to choose, press the right sensitivity indicator to select the right sensitivity, 1-4 files for the sensitivity from low to high in order; when the detector is running normally, the sensitivity should not be too high, So as to avoid unnecessary alarm when working staff.
9. Mode: The detector is divided into two operating modes: working mode and test mode. The test mode instantly detects all human body signals and interference signals, and the response is fast; the working mode is increased by about 1 second for intelligent judgment, and the reaction is slower but can be greatly reduced. Accidental factors (such as shaking, raindrops, etc.) caused by malfunction. The general test adopts the test mode. After the normal operation, select the work mode. Press the right side to select the desired mode.
10. Save: Perform any operation on the panel. If you need to keep this setting after turning off the power, press the Save key to save it. This setting is still the next time you turn on the power.
Alarm experiment and vandal proof experiment 1 . Proximity alarm: When the test mode and sensitivity are in a higher state, both hands approach the centre of the detection cable plane by 10 cm to alert.
2. Touch alarm: When the hand touches any detection cable, the system alarms immediately.
3. Break alarm: The system alarms immediately when the pliers cut any probe cable or feeder.
4. Disassemble alarm: When the detector is opened, the system immediately alarms.
