The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will prepare a 12th Five-Year Plan for the establishment of a service system for SMEs

Zheng Hao, Director of the SMEs Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, revealed on February 16 that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will prepare the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” for the construction of a small and medium-sized enterprise service system and issue the “Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of the SME Service System”. The department studies and formulates tax incentives to support the development of SME public service platforms. According to Xinhuanet, during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, China will build a top-down SME service system, including 4,000 SME service platforms, of which the central government will focus on supporting 500 households as a national-level public service demonstration platform.
