Stanyl's fatigue resistance is in PPA, PPS and PA66. For gears and zippers, fatigue strength is important.
Stanyl also has excellent wear resistance; it is greatly resistant to wear and other functional plastics.
The wear resistance of Stanyl; PA66 and POM was compared. Although the typical products of these materials have similar friction coefficients, Stanyl is much better than the two. This is mainly because Stanyl has a higher PV rating; then it responds to Stanyl. Apply high pressure or high speed.
Modified Stanyl has better wear resistance; there are two types of non-reinforced and glass w reinforced. Stanyl surface lubrication is consolidated; in addition, the high temperature properties make it the ambition of sliding parts. @Sliding parts include; y promotion rods, zippers, etc. and thrust washers.
Gear aspect:
The features of the Stanyl PA46 make it suitable for the following demanding gears:
(1) High resistance, (2) Excellent fatigue resistance, (3) Good wear resistance, and (4) High strength of teeth.
The temperature of the working environment of the gear increases; the strength of Stanyl PA46 becomes more and more important. And the hardness of Stanyl at high temperature; excellent fatigue resistance and impact strength enable gear makers to replace metal materials with Stanyl PA46. The gear produced by PA46 works more smoothly and the noise is very low. In most cases, replacing the metal with Stanyl PA46 will also reduce the full cost of the product gear. Stanyl can be used to produce a messy appearance; then lower the production cost.
Bearing and bearing cover:
The metal components in the bearing system have long been replaced by thermoplastic materials. The following functional features of Stanyl enable designers and engineers to improve the function or cost of bearing and bearing housings:
â—Ž high hardness and creep resistance at high temperatures,
â—ŽExcellent patience,
â—ŽLubricating oil containing ATF, TAF and EP oil for chemicals; with excellent corrosion resistance,
â—Ž obvious fatigue strength,
â—Ž high ultimate pressure (PV) and wear resistance.
Because Stanyl retains its excellent hardness in high-temperature aggressive environments such as lubricants, designers can use components for:
â—ŽHigh pressure velocity (PV) limit,
â—ŽThe local working temperature of the bearing is high,
â—ŽThe bearing has a long service life.
Stanyl is used for the excellent function of the bearing sleeve; it can be proved by a very simple test. Two bearing sleeves; one made with PA66; one made with Stanyl (both are 25% glass reinforced; Lubricating oil stabilizers; all suspended in the oil tank; both load; and the temperature is raised to 200 ° C. At this time, the diameter of the PA66 bearing box is agile and reduced. The Stanyl bearing box can still maintain the scale stability.

Chevron Flooring

The Chevron, much like the related herringbone pattern, dates back to Roman architecture, where it was used on everything from pottery designs to stone flooring to stone carvings and clothing. Both patterns are related to the V configuration from which they likely drew inspiration. Chevron patterns are often described as a decorative or design motif that is made up of two slanting lines that touch one another on one end, forming an inverted V shape. Chevron hardwood floor can be a stunning addition to any room, adding visual appeal and a sense of spaciousness.
