After purification, the exhaust gas is discharged through the exhaust gas chimney; the ammonium sulfite in the absorption liquid is oxidized to the ammonium sulfate solution by the air blasted through the aeration fan at the bottom of the tower, and is reused when the circulating liquid ammonium sulfate concentration reaches 25% to 30%. Pumped to the tail gas scrubbing system of the DAP plant to replace some of the sulfuric acid and washing water, so that the total system sulfuric acid consumption is reduced by 40%, and the economic benefits are considerable. It is understood that the new ammonia desulfurization technology uses ammonia as an absorbent for exhaust gas and flue gas desulfurization, recovers sulfur resources, and produces ammonium sulfate by-product. There is no discharge of waste water and waste slag in the whole process, which is a typical circular economy type desulfurization technology. It is also a new technology that the National Development and Reform Commission supports and promotes and adapts to local conditions. After one year of trial production using this technology, the company's sulfuric acid plant recovers more than 1,660 tons of sulfur dioxide per year, saving 2,540 tons of pure sulfuric acid and increasing output value by 1.48 million yuan. |
