1. The thin steel plate has better flexibility, so the degree of cleanness of the ink scraping is easy to ensure, but this is related to the manufacturing precision of the substrate supporting the steel sheet, the surface degree tolerance of the substrate is not satisfactory, and the ink leaks during the sliding process of the oil pan and the steel plate. Another factor is the manufacturing precision of the oil sliding guide shaft, such as surface roughness and fit tolerance, which is reflected in the assembly level of the whole machine. How to control the parallelism tolerance between the guide shaft and the steel plate is very important. From this point of view, the thick steel plate oil pad printing machine is more difficult to manufacture.
Second, the resin version The resin plate applied to the pad printing process is not long, but has been paid attention to. The resin plate is mainly made of nylon photographic adhesive and cast on the surface of the zinc plate, similar to the resin plate used on the sticker trademark. Nylon has very good wear resistance and is capable of repeating friction of oil squeegee or scraper after photographic curing. The advantage of using a resin plate is that it is easy to obtain extremely fine dots. When printing small and beautiful items, the resin plate is the first choice. The nylon photosensitive glue is a polymer material after all, and when the substrate supporting the substrate is manufactured with poor precision, the printing is performed.
