European port clearance requirements

ANTWERP or via ANTWERP (Belgium)

According to the requirements of the local customs, all goods that go to port of Antwerp in Belgium or transit through Antwerp port, the bill of lading must display the detailed name - not only to display the number of packaging, but also to show the specific name and quantity of the outer package. If there is no detailed product name information, the Belgian customs system will automatically reject the input of the ticket data, which may affect the normal customs clearance and transit of your goods at the destination port. Therefore, please provide a detailed list of product names when providing bill of lading information.

CONSTANZA(Romania)

Please provide the company name, full address and contact details (phone and fax) of the consignee and notifier, sea freight payment, and goods to be paid for in the third place. The column of consignee cannot be displayed as "TO ORDER" or "TO ORDER OF XXX” must be the actual recipient of the destination port and must be a company registered in Romania, not an individual, a bank or a foreign company. If the notifier is an individual, the consignor must provide the notifier's passport number, telephone number and fax number.

GENOVA/NAPOLI/TARANTO (Italy)

1. In addition, the number, size, and weight of the bill of lading must also be the same as the actual one. Any discrepancies may result in customs fines.

2. According to the regulations of local customs, since January 19, 2005, all CHASSIS NUMBERS must be displayed on all auto goods, bills of lading, and manifests shipped to Syria. In order to avoid customs fines, customers are requested to provide the number before the bill of lading deadline.

When the goods arrive at Egypt's Port Said, and the terms of carriage are “CY-CY”, the column of Port of Discharge may be displayed as “PORT SAID/PORT SAID FREE ZONE/PORT SAID FREE ZONE IN TRANSIT”, but the bill of lading The FINAL PLACE OF DELIVERY field must be blank.
