Drava, OH - August 2011—Engineered Conductive Materials, LLC, a leading supplier of conductive interconnect materials for global optoelectronic applications, introduced two new generations of conductive screen inks for thin-film solar modules—CI-1083-L. And CI-1081-H. These material formulations are optimized to bring superior conductivity and low contact resistance to transparent conductive oxides for solar applications.
The CI-1083 Series Conductive Screen Ink offers high solids content and optimized rheology, allowing high aspect ratio thin-line screen printing to maximize print thickness and reduce masking. They are low stress, low shrinkage thermoset inks with excellent moisture resistance and low polymer creep. The line resistivity is as low as 8m?/sq/mil (1ml emulsion; 230 mesh).
The CI-1083-L and CI-1081-H are the newest additions to Engineered Conductive Materials' full range of products, including: Conductive Fiber Adhesives for Conductive Bonding for Post-Contact Crystalline Silicon, Thin Film, and Hole Fill Applications Mixtures and conductive screen inks suitable for optoelectronic applications.
