Dove held next year's production and operation plan

From December 7 to 8, 2010, the company's 2011 production and operation plan meeting was held in the conference room on the first floor of the Dove Company. The meeting was chaired by Hu Aili, secretary of the party committee, chairman and general manager. The leaders of the company, the production and operation branches and the relevant department leaders attended the meeting. The meeting conducted a careful analysis of the completion of production and operation of various units this year, and separately discussed the production and operation plans of each unit next year.

The meeting pointed out that next year is the beginning of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, and it is a good step to start a good situation. All units must make overall plans and take into account all aspects of the next year; we must focus on relying more on technological innovation and independent innovation; we must put accelerating transformation of development methods and adjustment of product structure in a prominent position; we must unswervingly promote corporate reform Innovate, strengthen the overall situation, and seek enterprise development and new growth; we must pay close attention to internal fine management, strive to reduce various costs, and push the company's work to a new level.
