Barrier installation and commissioning process precautions :
1. Be sure to follow the wiring diagram when wiring. After the line is connected, first test whether the floor is normal, place a red plate on the top of the coil when the red light is flickering, take away the iron plate when the red light is on, and the product will be normal if the gate falls automatically.
2. When the ground coil is wired, cut a 10cm deep, 2X0.8M square nest, and cut the four corners into a 45-degree bevel (as shown in the figure on the right). Place the coil (1mm square) in a circle. Put in, put a total of 6-8 layers, the coil must be pressed between each layer, no joints in the coil. The inductive coil output is twisted to the barrier, and the distance is as short as possible. After the connection is completed, the nest is sealed with dry cement. Note: High-temperature copper conductors with a cross-sectional area of ​​0.5-1.5 mm 2 for the ground coil, the influence of the cross-sectional area on the induction strength is not significant.
3. After the induction coil is energized, the coil will generate low-frequency oscillations. When a metal enters the coil, the magnetic field is weakened by the magnetic sensor and the magnetic field is weakened, resulting in a corresponding action. The induction strength of the induction coil has a great relationship with the number of turns of the coil and the shape of the coil. The number of turns in the coil is too large to cause a large inductive reactance, resulting in an open circuit; too few turns in the input have a small inductance and cause a short circuit. In both cases, the working indicator of the magnetic sensor will flash rapidly. The usual number of turns is 6-8 turns.
4. When the gate brake is commissioned, the "upper" and "ground" are short-circuited. When the brake rod is automatically raised, the gate is normal.
5. Connect the card reader with 8-core shielded wire according to the drawing. Be careful not to break the wire when wiring.
6. The controller power supply is DC 12V and the reader power is 14V. Be careful not to make mistakes.
7. The sense coil is installed below the barrier, and the distance from the barrier to the reader is 3-5 meters.
