Recently, according to the “Measures for the Identification of Independent Innovation Products in Beijing Municipality (Revised)”, through expert review, the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Construction Committee, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Promotion, and the Zhongguancun Administrative Committee have determined that Tongfang Smart Card’s self-developed Tongfang non- Fifteen products, such as the contact CPU card, the same social security CPU card, and the same security access control system, were included in the second, third, and fourth batches of the “Beijing Independent Innovation Catalog”. All products that are included in the catalogue of independent innovation products of Beijing Municipality will enjoy the preferential procurement policies of Beijing Municipal Government Reserve or government investment projects.
