Put the upper shell on the lower shell, put on the belt loop and the front and rear sealing tape, put on a new seal strip (original purchase factory), buckle the front and rear sealing tape, and then conduct self-rescuer airtight performance inspection, no air leakage For the repaired, then the seal strips are soldered or spot welded;

The repair of leak self-rescuer is required quickly, and each self-rescue device should not be repaired for more than 5 minutes to prevent the moisture in the self-rescue device from becoming wet;

After the self-rescuer has been repaired, it must be checked for weight gain. The self-rescuer with a weight gain of no more than 10g is eligible. The self-rescuer with a weight gain of more than 10g shall be scrapped.

The repairman must repair and maintain the equipment in accordance with the operating procedures. The equipment shall be sent to the group company for verification on time. Failure to do so may result in gas accidents and other “one-pass and three-prevention” accidents when the instrument fails. Ultimately, the self-rescuer does not work.
