Enterprises have exposed various problems in the management of labor protection products
First, the awareness of individuals in charge of individual enterprises, especially individual and private companies, is weak and there is insufficient understanding of the importance of standard equipment and the use of labor protection products. Workers’ labor protection generally does not pay enough attention. Some business executives believe that "there is no guarantee that labor protection supplies will not affect the work." For example, a few construction enterprises, townships and individual enterprises all have problems with the insufficient distribution of labor protection products.

Second, some enterprises did not establish a management system for the special funds for labor protection products and the management system for the procurement, acceptance, custody, distribution, use, replacement, and retirement of labor protection products.

Enterprises should strengthen the management of labor protection products
In view of the existing problems, various types of production enterprises should conscientiously implement the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Labor Protective Products," and strictly follow the relevant requirements of the state and the province to do a good job in the management of labor protection supplies.

The first is to further increase propaganda, standardize various labor protection supplies management systems, and quantify standards, and actively publish various relevant information on the website of the bureau.

The second is to increase supervision and management, give full play to the supervision function, increase the awareness of the main responsible person of the production and operation unit on the importance of labor protection supplies, increase investment in labor protection supplies, improve and perfect the labor protection supplies management system, and educate employees Wear and use proper protective equipment.

The third is to do a good job in the inspection of labor protection products. The units and individuals that are not equipped according to standards or who do not properly wear and use labor protection products shall be subject to rectification and punishment in accordance with relevant laws and regulations for labor protection products.
