Tanning and use of sesame cake fertilizer

The sesame oil cake is also called sesame cake and sesame oil residue, and is the residue left after the processing of sesame oil. After fertilization, not only the leaves of the flowers and trees are green and thick, but also the flowers are large and colorful. The preparation and application methods of the fertilizer are described below.

First, the method of control

Since the elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the sesame oil cake exist in an organic state, they must be decomposed into inorganic state by fermentation to be absorbed and utilized by the flowers and trees. If it is not fermented and fermented, it will be used directly, and it will often burn the roots of flowers and trees because it produces a large amount of organic acid when it is decomposed and decomposed in the soil. There are two common methods of tanning: one is to put the sesame oil cake into a plastic bag and bury it in the soil about 60 cm deep. After half a year, it can be taken out for direct use or dried for use. The other is in the summer or in the greenhouse, with large jars or cans and other large containers, sesame oil cake (wet, dry) can be placed in about 2/3 of the container. The sesame oil cake will give off an unpleasant smell when it is tanning. It can be added with some orange peel. Because the orange peel contains sesame oil, it not only removes the odor, but also is a good fertilizer after fermentation. Then add water to the container and sprinkle a little insecticide on the top of the container, stir it with a wooden stick, and finally seal it (can be covered with a plastic bag or film under the cover) or cover it with glass, put it in the sun. . The container is placed in the greenhouse for about one month, and the outside is for about three months. It can be used without odor.

Second, the application method

1. As the base fertilizer, the decomposed sesame oil cake is ground and ground into powder or broken, directly placed in the bottom of the flower pot or around the lower part of the pot, mixed with the soil, and should not directly contact the root of the flower. Or mix the powder directly with all the potting soil, but not too much.

2. Apply top dressing directly to the surface of the potting soil. Or take the fermented supernatant, and dilute it 10 to 15 times with water.

Third, the principle of application

Master the principle of “thin and hard work” and not apply too much at one time. Each year, the potted flowers and trees can be applied twice to the solid sesame oil cake fertilizer, depending on the growth of the flowers and trees, and the liquid fertilizer is poured in the summer as appropriate.
