The screw of our factory is small in size and has many specifications, such as M1.2, M1.4, M1.6, M1.8, M2, M2.5 and M3. There are many material grades, such as titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper and copper alloy. These screws are prone to deformation after milling, and the pass rate is only about 30%. After experimental research, the shaping method was found, which is described below. 1. Deformation after milling of small-sized screws. There are two types of small-size screws in our factory. One is perforated and the other is non-porous. The deformation is shown in Figure 1.
