(1) Check the plunger for any scratches and rust, and replace it with new one if necessary.
(2) Check the fitting of the plunger pair. Insert the plunger end into the plunger sleeve and tilt it about 60°. If the plunger can slide slowly under its own action, it will fit well.
(3) Check the tightness of the plunger pair. Hold the plunger sleeve with your hand and place two fingers on the top and side inlets of the plunger. Pull the plunger out with the other hand and feel a large suction force. The plunger is immediately retracted to the original position, indicating that the plunger pair is well sealed, otherwise the plunger pair should be replaced.
(4) Check whether the decompression ring of the oil Valve is worn or not, and if necessary, replace it.
(5) Check the cooperation of the oil valve pair. Use your fingers to block the lower hole of the oil outlet valve, and use the other finger to gently press down the oil outlet valve. When the finger leaves the upper end of the oil discharge valve, it can automatically spring back to the original position, indicating that the oil valve sub-sealing is good, otherwise The oil valve pair should be replaced.
(6) Check the tappet. The standard clearance between the fuel injection pump body and the tappet is 0 to 0.03 mm. If it exceeds 0.2 mm, the parts should be replaced.
(7) Check the gap between the plunger Flange and the groove of the control sleeve, which should be 0.02~0.08mm. If it exceeds 0.12mm, the control sleeve must be replaced.
