8. Preparation before training

13. When performing the dynamometer training, when the training indicator (green light) is allowed to be displayed, the participating players should grip the joystick with both hands. The distance between the two arms is equivalent to the shoulder width, and the pull hammer is pulled by the rope and the sheave. 17.
