Manufacturing and inspection of SKCR100/850 CNC filament winding machine

1. Main structure and performance

SKCR100/850 CNC filament winding machine is a new type of CNC machine tool designed and manufactured by our company. It is mainly used for winding/laying of large-scale composite components, and has great demands in the fields of military industry and civil industry composite products, especially in weapons and equipment, high-pressure gas cylinders, fire fighting, diving, water containers, and pressure. The container and storage tank industry is widely used. The preparation of the product is carried out by winding a dipped fiber (glass fiber fiber, carbon fiber, organic fiber, etc.) or prepreg tape onto a mandrel by a filament winding machine.

This product is a five-coordinate control (four-link), horizontal three-bed guide rail layout. The first bed rail comprises: a headstock, a headstock bed and a tailstock; the second bed rail comprises: an arm bed and a trolley, an arm and a dipping device; and the third bed rail comprises: following Creel bed and trolley, creel, creel guard. The movement of the first bed rail: the tailstock is linearly moved by the rack and pinion on the bed, and the tip is mounted on the tailstock, corresponding to the chuck of the headstock, and the winding mandrel of 5 000 mm long is clamped together. The winding is realized by the two-speed variable speed slewing gear of the headstock (C axis). The second way of moving the bed rail: the outrigger trolley moves linearly on the bed by the rack and pinion drive (Z-axis), the extension arm is mounted on the outrigger trolley, the motor directly drives the screw to rotate, and the extension arm is driven Linear motion (X-axis), a oscillating head is mounted at the front end of the arm to control the angle of the outgoing line, and the oscillating head is rotated by the pulley to make a 360° rotation (A-axis). A dipping device is installed above the arm for dipping, scraping, and measuring the thread tension. The third way of moving the bed rail: the creel trolley is linearly moved (W-axis) through the rack and pinion drive on the bed, and the creel and the creel closed cover are mounted on the creel trolley, and the creel is the outlet device. The swing arm is used to control the output tension, the tension detecting mechanism is used to detect the line tension, the split comb is used to control the distance between the multiple lines, and the tangential device is used to change the line. The three-bed rail combination cost table equipment, the outlet-dip-winding is fully automated.

The spindle motor, trolley motor, creel motor, outrigger motor, and oscillating motor are all Siemens motors, which are driven by ATLANTA helical rack and THK linear guide. The tension sensor is made of C-series flange type of DEF. ) Tension sensor, large tensioner, small tensioner motor adopts Panasonic motor, reducer is Taiwan VGM company, trolley and creel trolley wire drag chain adopts German Igus company, dipping tank heating water tank liner and outer box body adopt stainless steel Material, the heater is stainless steel tube, the circulating water pump is stainless steel hot water pump, all the welding parts such as bed, trolley, and outrigger use secondary annealing process, and the dipping stick adopts 1Cr18Ni9T stainless steel. The spindle bed of the main shaft and the linear guide rail of the lathe bed adopt the guide grinding machine to finish the surface. The core mold adopts the f320mm self-centering chuck clamping method. The tailstock adopts the f200mm self-centering chuck and has a live tip to provide the dovetail. The guide rail detects the bridge.
