1. Process flow

3. Install the door opening frame: After the line is laid out, press the design to install the door opening frame of the partition first.

4. Install the keel along the top and the keel along the ground: Install the top keel and the ground keel according to the placed position line of the partition wall and fix it on the main body with the shot nail. The nail pitch is 600mm.

5. Vertical keel sub-file: According to the location of the opening of the partition wall release door, after the installation of the top floor keel, press the cover panel's specifications 900mm or 1200mm board width, the sub-standard size is 450mm, and the sub-filed sub-file should be avoided. 8. Install the gypsum cover panel

1) Check the installation quality of the keel, whether the door opening frame meets the design and construction requirements, and whether the spacing of the keel meets the modulus of the width of the gypsum board.

2) Install one side of the gypsum plasterboard, starting from the doorway, the wall with no door opening is started from one end of the wall, the gypsum board is generally fixed with self-tapping screws, the stud distance is 200mm, the spacing in the board is 300mm, The distance between the screw and the edge of the gypsum board shall not be less than 10mm, nor more than 16mm. When the self-tapping screw is fixed, the gypsum plasterboard shall be close to the keel.

3) Install wall tubes, electric boxes and electric box equipment.

4) Install fire-proof, soundproof and moisture-proof filling materials in the wall and install and fill it with the other side of the plasterboard.

5) Install the plasterboard on the other side of the wall: The installation method is the same as the plasterboard on the first side, and the joints should be staggered with the first side panel.

9. Seam practices: There are three forms of gypsum board joints, namely flat seams, concave seams, and fillet seams. Follow the procedure below.

1) Scrape caulking Putty: Before the scraping of the caulking putty, the floating soil in the joint is cleaned, and the putty is embedded in the plate with a small spatula and filled with the plate surface.

2) Paste the tie knotted tape: When the caulking putty is to be solidified, it will be used to bond the bracing material. Firstly, it will be thin on the joint.
