Level meter classification:
Liquid level meters mainly include float level gauges, buoyancy level gauges, float level controllers, magnetic flap level gauges, ultrasonic level gauges, wireless ultrasonic level gauges, and high protection level gauges. In addition to specialized level gauges, level meters can also measure the level. Commonly used level switches mainly include tuning fork level switches, RF admittance level switches, cable level switches, split level switches, level gauges, radar level gauges, etc.
Level gauge fault judgment and solution:
1. Check whether the power supply is connected correctly. If it is found that the connection is incorrect, it should be modified according to the operation manual.
2. Measure the voltage between +24V and O/P with a tri-voltage meter. The voltage should be between 13V~36V. If the voltage is abnormal, you should check whether the line or related equipment is abnormal.
3. The second item should be confirmed after normal, and then in the 4 ~ 20MA loop string a milliampere meter, check the current is normal, if the current value is not normal should replace new products or contact customer service staff
4. Check the voltage between IN and COM with a voltmeter. Normally it should be about 2.5V. If the voltage is too low, you should remove the EXC wire. If the voltage returns to normal, it indicates that the magnetic yellow module is abnormal, if the power is still low It means that the signal converter is damaged. If you find the above phenomenon, you should replace the signal converter or contact customer service personnel according to the actual situation.
