At the heart of the RHM modular reaming system is the Kennametal Short Taper (KST) coupling system.

The reamer handle and the two drive planes in the body provide uniform torque transfer, allowing the tool to use higher cutting speeds and greater feed rates. There are two clamping options to choose from.
