The patent funding for the past year alone was close to 30 million yuan, which is the sum of the total investment for the previous three years. The government's guidance has stimulated the company's sense of innovation. The 30 million yuan of patent funds have led the entire society to invest more than 3 billion yuan in R&D, effectively supporting corporate technological innovation.

Yinzhou District has also creatively cooperated with the State Intellectual Property Office and independently developed an intellectual property service platform to conduct one-on-one intellectual property information services for enterprises. The platform not only allows companies to customize the patent information and patent analysis reports for the industry free of charge, but also helps companies understand the latest technological trends in the industry, and the company can complete the application for patents at the click of a mouse. This kind of point-to-point all-around patent service model is also rare in the country.

Technological innovation allows companies to "strengthen their muscles." Ningbo Donggang Fasteners Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has applied for a total of 545 patents. Currently, it has been authorized 461 patents. The patented “Hexagon Hexagon Screws” granted last year directly brought in 44 million yuan in sales for the company, accounting for the company’s annual One-fifth of total sales; Powerway Group, which has 2 international invention patents and 16 domestic authorized patents, presided over and participated in the revision and formulation of 12 national standards and 1 industry standard.

The successful transformation from "manufacturing and manufacturing" to "independent creation" has enabled Chenzhou's economic development to have "a pinnacle of the sea" in the storm of market competition. The knowledge-based economy with patents accounts for more than 30% of the industrial economy in the area. Among the more than 10,000 companies in the region, 35 leaders have emerged in various industries and 174 national high-tech companies have emerged. Last year, high-tech enterprises in the region achieved a total output value of 34.14 billion yuan, up 32.5% year-on-year.
