Dongfang Electric's net profit increased by 50% in new energy in the first half

According to a report released by Dongfang Electric today, in the first half of the year, a total of 16.974 million kilowatts of power generation equipment was produced, including 10 hydro generators/2.498 million kilowatts, 23 turbine generators/13.17 million kilowatts, and 750 wind power units/1.126 million kilowatts. Power station boilers 26 sets/10,550,000 kilowatts, power station steam turbines 34 sets /156,155,000 kilowatts; operating income of 16,911 million yuan, an increase of 8.93%; net profit of 1.02 billion yuan, an increase of 50.16%; realized earnings per share of 0.50 yuan, year-on-year growth 51.52%.

Among them, the sales revenue of thermal power and nuclear power products of the company increased year-on-year, thermal power increased by 307 million yuan over the same period of last year, and nuclear power increased by 922 million yuan over the same period of last year. At the same time, the new energy company's gross profit margin for nuclear power and wind power rose faster than the same period of the previous year, making the company's main operating unit operating profit margin reached 17.48%, an increase of 2.56 percentage points over the same period last year. From the point of view of the sub-products, nuclear power products sales revenue 1.461 billion yuan, operating profit rate reached 17.57%, while the operating profit margin was 16.17% over the same period last year, gross profit rates rose significantly, nuclear power sales accounted for the proportion of main sales revenue by 3.52 The percentage rose to 8.80%, and the proportion increased rapidly.

In the first half of this year, Dongfang Electric added 21.25 billion yuan in orders, of which thermal power accounted for 41.6%, nuclear power 16.3%, wind power 27.0%, hydropower 4.3%, and other 10.8%. In the new orders, the proportion of new energy such as wind power increased further.

At the same time, a number of major construction projects of the company have progressed smoothly in the first half of this year. The Dongfang Steam Turbine Deyang New Base took only one year and nine months to complete, and was officially completed and put into operation on May 10, 2010; Dongfang Electric Wind Power (New Energy) East China Manufacturing Base plant was put into use in the first half of the year; Dongfang Boiler Deyang Base New Construction Project The comprehensive building, the joint third plant, and the joint fourth plant have entered the installation project, and the second plant of the third phase of the East Heavy Machinery Project has been put into use.

In addition, Dongfang Electric's new product research and development continues to effectively promote. The company has realized the development and localization of a large number of key sets of ultra-supercritical thermal power units; the 300MW CFB boiler demonstration project and localization project developed by Dongfang Boiler was awarded the third prize of 2009 Energy Technology Progress Award by the National Energy Administration; the company has completed China's first nuclear rotor manufacturing and processing; completed 2MW wind turbines with independent intellectual property rights, jointly developed 2.5MW wind turbine assembly and off-line, 1.5MW direct-drive wind turbine wind turbine installation and testing of prototypes and tests, and Won the first order.
