1. The reasons for the misalignment of the fixed rotor (remember to remember):
In the manufacturing process, due to the large randomness of the rotor's spring-opening degree, the positioning of the stator after being pressed into the base is inaccurate, and the error caused by the rotor's spring-opening is superimposed, resulting in the misalignment of the stator and the rotor after the whole machine is assembled.
(1) For the cast aluminum rotor motor, due to the special nature of thermal processing, the rotor punching sheet will buckle or be in the shape of the bottom of the pot, resulting in a large positioning deviation of the rotor core and misalignment with the stator.
(2) The stator core press-fitting positioning or the rotor core rotating shaft positioning step size is wrong, in which the stator press-fitting positioning size is wrong for two reasons:
1) When fixing the tire, there are welding points or deformation protrusions on the positioning surface of the iron core;
2) When moving the tire, there is no clear scale indication, visual control by rough marking. In this case, the fixed rotor is obviously misaligned, which will also cause the motor no-load current to be too large. The wrong positioning step size of the rotor core rotating shaft is usually caused by the design that does not consider all the axially stacked parts.
(3) For the stator or rotor iron core horseshoe, the positioning error is equal to the increase in the axial dimension of the iron core caused by the horseshoe, and the local displacement is larger.
(4) When there is axial magnetic pulling force when the motor is running and the axial positioning design is improper, there may be a cumulative effect of the positioning error of the fixed rotor.
Second, the harm of the fixed rotor to uneven
(1) Due to the misalignment of the fixed rotor core, the effective iron length of the motor is insufficient, the no-load current of the motor will increase, and the temperature rise of the motor will increase.
(2) Due to the misalignment of the rotor core, the stator and rotor will automatically adjust the magnetic centerline after the motor is energized, resulting in periodic oscillation of the motor rotor axial mechanical position, the loss of motor bearing grease, the dry grinding of the bearing and the loss of the frame, resulting in The motor shaft is locked and burnt.
(3) The axial displacement of the motor or the shock of the equipment connected to the motor will also cause damage to the equipment.
(4) The problem of vibration noise is exacerbated or noise is produced.
