IV. Contestant qualification
All domestic business designers, design companies, studios, individual freelance designers, college teachers, and school students who are engaged in and passionate about apparel design work can participate. The participating companies and individuals can participate individually or jointly.
V. Entry Requirements:
1. Entries should be creative work series (limited to 4-6 sets) in accordance with the professional theme of the competition; require a clever pattern combination, overall harmony, easy to spread
2. With creativity, artistry, culture, and industry, it is necessary to express the characteristics of the air transport industry, but also to demonstrate the regional characteristics, but also to reflect the connotation of traditional Chinese culture;
3, entries must be original works, the author must have ownership of the material used in the work. It is innovative and must not be the same as other logos, logos, or images. Participation is the first time the participating authors publish their actions. The entries do not infringe upon the copyrights of others. In case of infringement, the participants shall bear all legal responsibilities.
4. Once the entries have been submitted, the names of the artists and designers must not be changed.
5. Once the entries have been entered, they may not make more than one draft and may not participate in other competitions.
6. The physical works in the final shall not use the internal logos, buttons, zippers, trademarks, etc. bearing the corporate logo, and shall not be linked to any listing.
7. The Competition Organizing Committee will reserve all rights to perform, publish and exhibit winning and selected works. In addition, all designers will retain the creation and performance of photos of the entries and video copyright, and have the right to rip the photos and videos in any form without paying any copyright fees to the participants.

The competition must include four seasons of dresses for the spring, summer, autumn and winter, and complete accessories. It is divided into three major series of high-end administrative professional outfits, professional-style garments, and professional outfits .
VII. Work Requirements (Electronic Version)
Please provide a color effect chart electronic version ppt or pdf file, paper requirements 29.7 × 42cm (A3), rejected too large or too small works, the image export accuracy is not less than 150dpi. 4-6 sets per series.
Electronic content includes:
1 personal information page (name of the sending organization (academy), author's name, detailed communication address, telephone number, etc.);

4 color rendering page (design instructions required);

VIII. Achievement Transformation
(1) The organizing committee of the Shanghai International Business Wear Fair Organizing Committee selects the short-listed project holders to sign a framework cooperation agreement with relevant airlines, and guides the enterprises and short-listed project holders to conduct results transactions, talents cooperation and docking, and to promote the achievement transformation of works.
(2) All the short-listed works will be included in the special commodity catalog of the Shanghai International Business Wear Expo. Priority will be given to the relevant government enterprises and institutions for priority conversion and matching. We give priority to product patent applications, holders of entrepreneurship, corporate financing, and docking of goods and markets to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and to enlarge and strengthen the Chinese professional wear industry.
IX. Description of rights
In the selected works, the winners must sign a pledge of intellectual property transfer and submit the source documents. After the contest organizing committee pays the corresponding bonus, it is owned by the organizing committee of the contest and owns the ownership of the works. Including but not limited to intellectual property rights, right to use, publishing rights, and disposition rights, and have the right to modify, combine, and develop applications for design works.
X. Competition Rules
(1) All contestants must be the legal owners of the entries, have their own copyright, use materials such as photo materials legally, and assume corresponding legal responsibilities.
(2) The plagiarism and fraudulent behaviors are strictly prohibited. If any are discovered, the qualifications of the contestants shall be disqualified immediately.
(3) The entries may not be transferred or licensed to any commercial unit other than the organizer during the competition.
(4) The participating authors own the copyright of their works and agree that the organizer will publish and display the works for publication, and will no longer pay remuneration.
(E) The author retains high-precision design artwork (such as AI, CDR, PSD) for selection and provide it to the organizer.
(6) The author is requested to leave his real name, contact information, identity card number, and e-mail. The manuscript is non-refundable. The author is requested to keep the original manuscript. (Note: The above personal data must not appear in the design electronic manuscript.)
