Introduction of carburizing process of heat-treated parts:
1. Acceptance parts: The surface of the parts to be carburized should be clean, free of oil, impurities, etc.; otherwise it will affect the carburizing quality of the surface of the parts.
2. Preparation before seepage: Heat the equipment to the temperature to prepare the infiltration agent, check whether the sealing of the industrial furnace equipment is intact, etc., and protect the parts that are partially carburized, such as anti-seepage paste or copper plating.

6. Post-infiltration heat treatment: re-quenching and tempering, generally the final heat treatment.
7. Inspection: It is mainly based on the hardness test of parts after quenching, and can also be observed by metallographic method.
