Our powder coating ficility have totally 11 powder spray gun. Six guns are moving up and down both sides of fence panel. Two fixed gun
for the bottom rail at both sides and the other two fixed gun for the top rail at both sides. The last fun is always fixed at position of spear top.

Cross cut testing for the powder coating.

The QC of powder coating check the surface by light both sides. So any flaw of powder coating will be not escaped from eye of QC.Â

Our QC check the powder coating thickness every position of the fence panel. The everage thickness of coating is more than 100um.

The package is extremely importand for the powder coated fencing. We use heavy-duty steel frame package to well protect the good
products. It will be very easy to our customers unload the pallets by forklift.Â

A: Yes, our professional technology department can design for by our advanced software. Just send us your
requirment in word or oral, we can do all other works for you.

Q: We have problem of spear crack from other supplier when forming the spears, do you have same problem.
A: No, all spears are press formed before aging, so no any crack at sides of spear.Â

Q: What about the sample time and charge?
  A: (1) 7-10 days if you want to customize your products. Free sample.

Q: What about the delivery time of our products?
A: For standard fence panels, it need 2 days to finish a full 40'HQ container. We have enough welder, so do not worry about shortage of welders.Â

Q: What is your MOQ for a trial order?
A: Normally, it need a full container shipment for protecting fence panel during transportation. But we can talk about it.
