Fuel supply adjustment A-type injection pump with rack and pinion type oil control mechanism, the amount of fuel supply adjustment method is also slightly different with the B-type pump. (1) minute pump (single) adjustment. No need to open the fuel pump, simply loosen the lock nut, screwing in or out of the adjustment screw to adjust the height of the roller components, thereby changing the pump advance angle. (2) the overall adjustment. Loosen the captive screws of the splitter gear ring, and then rotate the bushing and the plunger relative to the plunger sleeve as needed to adjust the amount of oil supplied to each cylinder at the same time. That is: Loosen the fastening screw and turn the oil control sleeve clockwise to increase the oil volume. Turn the oil control sleeve counterclockwise to reduce the oil volume. (3) test bench adjustment. Fix the oil pump on the test bench first, then connect the oil pipe and the high pressure oil pipe. Turn the flywheel of the test stand, pump up, turn on the power and start the test stand. Then rotate the operating handle to increase the speed when rotating clockwise and to decrease the speed when rotating counterclockwise. Adjust according to the data displayed on the electronic display: When the starting speed (325r / min), the fuel supply is 6mIJ; When the maximum speed (1050r / min), the fuel supply is 5mL; At idle (when the throttle lever is free State), the amount of oil for 1.5 ~ 2mL. If the fuel supply and the specified value does not match, according to sub-pump adjustment method to adjust the sub-pump, until it meets the requirements.
