Recently, six provincial local standards such as “Stone Machinery Product Model and Nomenclatureâ€, “Integrated Emission Standard for Wastewater from Stone Industry†and “Yunfu Stone Carvingâ€, which were developed by Yunfu City enterprises and institutions, were approved. The six standards cover the fields of stone, household appliances, machinery manufacturing, cleaner production, energy conservation and emission reduction, etc., indicating that the overall technological innovation capability and standardization level of related industries in Yunfu City have been significantly improved. In recent years, Yunfu City Quality Supervision Bureau is based on the actual development of Yunfu industry, using standard means to give full play to the platform role of the provincial-level standardization technical committee that has settled, and encourage enterprises to actively participate in the revision and technical exchange of national standards, industry standards and local standards. The activities have effectively promoted the reform and development of the standardization cause of Yunfu City. Up to now, Yunfu enterprises and institutions have led or participated in the revision and revision of 9 national standards, 3 industry standards and 54 local standards.
